      The Truth about this company

      Pros

      I get a paycheck that I need and have made some friends most of which no longer work here

      Cons

      The paycheck comes with a huge price - you are monitored and spied on -even on your off time - they have a social media policy that is a violation of constitutional rights - every time HR comes anywhere near- you know a friend is being fired for no reason other than the whim of the owners - just let 60 or so good people go in what they call a restructure but the people they kept are mostly borwn nosers - funny thing is they dont realize the brown nosers talk about them all the time - one lady who no one really knows what she does other than follow the CEO around and tell on people gossips so much about the family behind their backs it is awful- middle management is just hanging on till they get fired or can retire - they follow along the dumbest ideas the owners come up with and act like it is some sort of new business revelation - The competitors that are destroying us are mostly filled by ex employees of our company that are very good and were fired for ridiculous reasons. I had hoped that the owner would let his son take over and run the place but it didnt happen- I know I need to find another job and am looking like everyone else that works here in hopes of finding something before we get fired for no good reason - I recommend anyone looking not even apply here -will ruin your life and health-not worth it-you will have no life balance - all of the good reviews are coerced

      You may pick up a good friend or two. Other than that there are not any pros.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. The work environment is now horrible. You will get no respect or appreciation.

      Mass layoff just occurred spun as restructuring

      Zero - whoever wrote the recent post about loving their career must not have been one of the dozens of people let go this week

      Cons

      Read all the Carbis post and the post here - the positive post are all fake done by owner. This place is a mismanaged train wreck and people and families are paying the price for it. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The layoffs did not happen as a result of the employees poor performance - it's all on the owners. Every other loading rack company is growing in the same market but this company is falling apart at the seams.

      Sadly, yes, there was a layoff last week as we have begun a restructuring effort in an attempt to overcome an economic downturn currently impacting the crude oil markets in North America. It was not a decision that we came to lightly. Every single person whose job was cut represents a great deal of prayerful consideration as to the impact of that decision. We did not want it to come to this but we also felt we owe an allegiance to the 200+ families we are protecting by this action. This was our second downsizing in over 85 years in business, each has been excruciating to our family. The management team is doing everything in its power to prevent it from ever happening again We appreciate your input, even as it pains us to hear it, and pray for your future success.
