      An Example of Why Unions Were Created

      Pros

      The friendships that are built with fellow employees. (This is the same company as Carbis, Inc.)

      Cons

      The list of cons are far too great for this site. The company is managed by a narcissist. The treatment of their employs can only be described as pure disdain. Many state and federal laws are broken on a daily basis regarding the treatment of employees. The EEOC and the DOL would be astonished at what is going on within the walls of this company. If the employees are this exasperated, what must the customers feel like. In addition, this company has lost all sight of their customers. To say that they are on a downhill spiral would be an understatement.

      Pros

      You can believe in what you're doing here. It is a great feeling to be able to help Americans work safely.

      Cons

      Middle Management is HORRIBLE! They have ZERO leadership or management abilities. The team leaders feed off the managers and alienate the ones they want gone. They drop good, quality people for no reason at all. But, they don't invest much time in their people anyways. This is on the sales force. The operations, and engineering departments are MUCH better because the leadership of the company actually has a strong business accumen and they believe in the success of the company and the people.
