Couldn’t tell you they didn’t give truthful answers during the entire process. Said that I would move forward in the process and then didn’t respond to any follow up correspondence

Cons

Unprofessional interviewers. Non-truthful answers from the hiring manager. Absolutely no follow-up or updates during the process. Would not recommend this to even entry level people

The owner gives out money and raises freely, don't let this fool you. Apart from the higher than normal pay, the actual employees here are great people.

Cons

I've have personally heard the owner speaking in her office comparing the training of sales reps to training her dogs. Others have heard her comparing training other staff to training horses. They continuously criticize and embarrass staff in meeting (mostly sales meetings) in order to prove points. They will engage the staff in conversations only to twist their real concerns or job goals into mimicking what they really want. Constant stress and fear of losing your job, there is zero job security. I would advise anyone applying for a job here to find former Carbis employees on LinkedIn and ask them personally about their experience. You will not find a good referral out there. There are too many horror stories about this place to list in a review. Completely unethical management practices are happening inside these walls.
