Pros

Great people in the warehouse, I worked with an amazing team in the Receiving Department. Some people throughout the company actually treated you with respect and as a person.

Cons

Management will do anything to make their job easier and make sure everyone breaks their backs while doing it. I worked here unfortunately because they bought out a previous company i used to work for "Premium Supply". Management needs to be more open minded when it comes to every situation, most of them were paper pushers so they never realized how much hard work goes into working in the warehouse. Equipment is the majority of the business, and the guys who deliver and install practically put their lives on the line each day due to heavy machinery, Receiving and Warehouse guys put in a lot of time and effort to do their job but they are also the first people to get talked down to. Dan Saltzman would be the first one to talk down to anyone, also give you the dirtiest look after you give you notice or resignation. As well he would also have the warehouse manager tell you to leave early before your last day because he can't stand to look or even know you are around. Such a piece of MANURE he is.

Pros

The warehouse and their management is much better than the office environment.

Cons

Looking for young people to come in and build departments that need to be totally restructured. The president even told me that because I was not a sales executive or upper management I did not have "access to him," but he called me in for a review. This company reeks entitled mediocrity. This company looks and operates as if it is still in the 1970s. Do you want to have a career or a job? Either way you can do better than this company.
