Pros

Health insurance, 401k, stock purchases, paid time off, protected paid time off, overall easy job, higher than average pay for this position.

Cons

Required 30min unpaid lunch added to an 8 hour day for a total 8.5 hour day. Non merit based raises - no incentive for good performance, little punishment for poor performance. Punitive time off system.
