Pros

You eventually get to clock out. You will definitely get your steps in. When you're on break you can ignore the entitled members.

Cons

The members are entitled and abusive, management is toxic and loves to undercut and micromanage its employees, double standards in effect for different employees as far as sales goals, will terminate front end cashiers for not selling upgrades and credit cards even though it is not allowed per employee handbook (listed as only supposed to suggestive sell, not meet goals or lose employment). All around toxic workplace and unenjoyable to say the least. It is so incredibly stressful to work there, and the members are so mean, act entitled, and act like they own you, and there is no consequence for their behavior. Instead of being told to treat employees with respect and basic human dignity, they are given apologies, freebies, and discounts for "their inconvenience" and the employees feel undervalued and replaceable.
