Pros

None the job sucks, the managers suck

Cons

Everything, rude coworkers, management doesnt know what they are doing, they cut your overtime so if you are over 40 hours, they make you take an extra long lunch so you never go over 40 hours even though you worked it, they are criminals!

Pros

The pay is high for what the job description entails. There are quarterly bonuses, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Cons

The management is absolutely atrocious. I am consistently made to compensate for the shortcomings of my team lead and department managers. Any genuine, maturely stated concerns are dismissed as complaining and entirely ignored. Instead of being rewarded for being a hardworking employee, my good work is exploited to the maximum degree.
