Great job flexibility

Pros

job flexibility as a student, great coworkers, the people make the club so they are all different

Cons

If you get a management team that isn't for the people, it can affect company culture. With a revolving door management system, this can happen quite often. That being said, if you work hard and have a positive attitude, this negative effect can leave as the new team comes in and you are back to a more positive environment. Having a positive outlook can make or break your experience.
