Pros

store manager is AWESOME. Product is great, people are usually understanding.

Cons

Other Members of management make employees walk on eggshells, they think they are super tough, and act like complete jerks at times. They poke their noses where they don't belong and micromanage employees who sometimes aren't even under their stewardship. A lot of pressure is placed on staff to get Credit and not a whole lot of incentive is provided for those who do so.

Pros

Pay was good, hours for the week were good

Cons

Rude management, they played favorites, tried to write me up for stuff that didn’t happen, get mad at you if you are getting 5+ new credit cards a hour

Pros

Associates are pleasant to work with. You stay busy.

Cons

Management is never available until they hover to meet the sales quota. Management only partly trains you, and then they correct you whenever you do something wrong. They only hire part-time even if you apply for a full-time position; there's not enough money to survive in the months to a year it takes to become full-time.
