Pros

There are none. It wasn’t worth it. Maybe the Sam’s share but that was a whole other problems itself.

Cons

Management took no accountability. They attack the hardworking employees and show favoritism to the people that don’t do nothing at all.

Bad Management

Pros

Pay and benefits are a plus. But in this economy still not enough. Set schedule for some positions.

Cons

Awful management, no communication, working alone with little to no help from management. Bad scheduling, rejects a lot of time off requests. No work life balance. The point system is awful, they don’t care if you need a personal day, or your kids are sick, or you’re sick. If you have the flu and have to be out for 5 days, then you have to use your protected pto, if you don’t have any then you have to come to work sick or take points for each day you’re out and potentially could get fired. Just so you can take care of yourself.
