Pros

The only good thing that came out of my time at Sam’s was my schooling and the people I met.

Cons

You are constantly understaffed because management gets labor bonuses at the end of the year by whatever they don’t use in the labor budget. They will make you do the work of multiple people and not care about your well being. For two months I was alone in my department and I got helped one time unloading 10-20 pallets a day. I was getting paid less than everyone in my department when I had the most experience. There were people who were 7 years younger than me and this was their first job making 1.50$ More than me for less work.
