Pros

Everyone actually works as a team, management seems to be organized and actually runs their departments, the managers keep everything in stock and are knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Cons

In my experience with them, they don't give disciplinary actions nor do they tell you when you're fired. I was fired without being notified or even being given a warning prior.

Pros

Decent money and holidays off.

Cons

Not all the managers and leads treat everyone equally. They do not discipline the worst employees and they get on the good ones. You loose the ability to want to continue to be a good employee when they do not not make sure that the ones who are supposed to be helping you are.
