Overall Great Company

Pros

Competitive Pay, Bonuses, Good Work Environment

Cons

Some processes are outdated, often the HomeOffice makes decisions hastily or without proper planning for implementation. When we pilot a new program, it is most often a disaster for months until it is scrapped, though some pilots have succeeded.
