Very poor management they're always about money instead of logic Heavily understaffed that cross training is basically a must and people has to fill roles above their pay grade

This is in no way shape or form a marketing job. You will be working at a Sam's Club trying to sell water delivery subscriptions to anyone who passes you by. You put on a suit in the morning and head to the office from 8:00 to 9:30 then change in your car and spend the rest of your day at a Sams Club making mostly commission. You will not make much money at all until you get people under you. This job is a well hidden pyramid scheme and if you are having to pay bills or a high rent you should not take this job. Do not move states for this job. it is unstable and not very safe. Be very careful and do your research.
