Pros

It is always busy so you're constantly moving around. The pay was good especially for how busy and chaotic it can get in the store. If you work between a 7 and 8 hour shift, you got a 30 minute lunch and 2 15 minute breaks, which you were allowed to either sit inside in the break room or go out to your vehicle.

Cons

They expect you to be absolutely 100% perfect with everything you do. If you didn't do exactly what the management wanted in the exact amount of time you're given to get those responsibilities done, no matter how busy it is, you will get wrote up for it. It doesn't matter if you take the time to explain to them in detail why you were not able to finish the tasks they gave you, they will not listen to you and still write you up as a lesson on what to do and not do. They make you feel as if you have failed and that nothing you're doing will ever be up to their standards

Pros

Flexible hours and some nice members

Cons

The management is petty and mostly focused on your credit and plus sales. You are encouraged to target minorities with your credit sales. Not worth the pay.
