Cons

Vacation time takes forever to accumulate until you are a senior employee (understandable-ish) Managers are often incompetent Raises occur once annually and it was only recently raised to a yearly cap of 3-6%, depending on seniority Benefits are expensive

Cons

Short staffed. Inconsistent breaks. Favoritism. Focused on selling credit cards and memberships. Have to work Friday- Sunday
