      Pros

      Skys the limit for promotions. Easy laid out paths to. Follow up the ladder. Easy trasnfer from club to club or even over to Wal-Mart or from Wal-Mart

      Cons

      Mgmt sometimes implements stupid metrics to evaluate you on. Cahier should be judged on how much they sell not on how many prompts are captured.
