Pros
The bakery had a loving team of ladies who had each other's backs and an awesome manager. Cake decorating is such a fun career for an artist.
Cons
I moved to cafe later and basically ran it by myself, whether there were several other employees there or not. I became anxious all the time and management changed nothing despite me asking several times. I couldn't move back to bakery so I quit.
