Pros

Decent pay (when they feel like paying you the proper amount)

Cons

Favoritism up the wazoo, that's true for any Walmart store, been a certified forklift driver for a month and am still getting paid starting pay when the title is suppose to come with a $2 raise, it's treated by management as a "eh, we will get to it when we get to it" situation, as is MOST problems with Walmart, but withholding $300 a month from someone because you can't be bothered to fix their title in the system is no joke nor something that can be left on the back burner. These walls do not exist for all employees, only some. If they don't immediately fall in love with you and start offering you promotions within your first month, forget about having a career here.
