Pros

They pay decent compared to other minimum wage.

Cons

You work on their schedule as little to how much they need it. Not the greatest when you have school or other responsibilities. Definitely have favorites. If you’re not one of them, they’ll fire you for the dumbest things.

Pros

PTO, matching 401K, associate stock purchase

Cons

Set schedules with no flexibility. Management is not well educated and has no clue as to how to treat people fairly and with respect. No concept of positive reinforcement.

Pros

If you can find a team you like, working will be fun.

Cons

Large Corporation and all of the negatives that come with that: easily lost, heavy self-advocation necessary, not being heard.
