Pros

The Pay…. That’s the only good thing

Cons

-90% of the Managers don’t do their job ever -The People who also manage the front are no better either. -They overwork you to the point of exhaustion, and unfortunately call you out, even if you doing your job as attended for no reason at all -Lazy people get a pass for not doing their job, while people who do their jobs and aren’t lazy get screwed over for no reason -Favoritism plays a huge part and it’s very noticeable -They understaff and schedule people on busy days and over staff on dead days. -Maintenance workers at Sam”s get treated poorly, were basically an afterthought.

Pros

Company pays well, offers nice benefits, seems to genuinely care about its workforce

Cons

Management can be nit picky and micromanage, create their own rules, and form cliques with each other
