Pros

Paycheck, chance to make a difference in many people's lives each day.

Cons

Hectic, some micromanaging depending on team lead, management expects you to be "on fire" for them but doesn't reciprocate, feels very one-sided. Can't really eat or drink during your eight hour shift, especially if you have frequent need to "go", or you will be on the pot during both breaks and lunch. You can't really leave to use the restroom during your work because you might be the only one doing your job and no one else can do it, while customers keep coming. Also, even though I am classified as part-time, I work forty hours a week. I talked with management and tried to tell them I want less hours but they ignore.
