Pros

Free Sam's Club membership with employment. Easy and quick to be hired and immediately begin working. Work isn't complex and relatively simple.

Cons

Expected to do the work of multiple people for no additional/improper pay. Simple work but more strenuous either socially/emotionally or physically. Held responsible for the shortcoming of colleagues or inadequate training/management of team leads or managers. Raw chicken/food produced and shelved by previous associate's will be blamed on you rather than the associate causing the contamination and food poisoning.
