It seems that my role is much more secluded relative to other associates, especially front end workers and the such. I personally enjoy that the most at my job considering it is only part time and I don't plan on staying forever. If the management is good, they will work around your college schedule.

Cons

It is cold. A lot. Be prepared to work.
