Overwhelming at times with little to no help. Constant phone calls and being alone.

Pros

Pay is nice if you have experience, there’s opportunities to transfer and move up pretty often

Cons

Management is inconsistent and has too much power. I’ve been denied multiple things that have been granted to others and are listed as company benefits.
