Pros

Pay is slightly higher for similar positions locally. Relatively close-knit group of people who work there. Ability to move around the store to different positions. If you have a good manager, your working experience is good.

Cons

Everyone is very replaceable, relatively high turnover particularly on the front end. Pushing sales on every member is very tiresome and at times feels dishonest.

Pros

Pay is better than typical part-time retail, It's easy to move up but there's a limit on how far.

Cons

Corporate and middle management are completely out of touch with the wants and needs of both employees and customers. There is absolutely no autonomy for employees. These two factors combine for extremely frustrating results.
