Pros

My coworkers were like family to me, we all worked hard, helped each other out, and trained new employees on how to get the job done.

Cons

Some team leaders could be real harassing, the medical and dental benefits could have been better, sometimes the annual bonus was much smaller than expected.

Pros

Pays well, steady hours. Most of your co-workers are nice to you and supervisors usually are too. You have quite a bit of freedom to move about the store as you need to.

Cons

Be prepared for some snotty customers. People will get on your nerves and will be downright rude to you sometime. If you are sensitive to this, this isn't the job for you.
