Pros

Flexible hours, positive energy ability to move around departments in store Free membership Receive Sam's share, which is a bonus at the end of the year that varies on how well your store did. Management puts on food days for safety, can receive steak if you reach 90 days of an accident free work place.

Cons

Low pay Strict on not going over 39 hours for full timers. One doesn't receive any benefits from selling plus memberships.
