Pros

I was able to have contact with many people and help them the most I possibly could. I was treated fairly with scheduling, since I was going to school during this time.

Cons

I had no cons to this job during my employment

Pros

Management did not micro-manage. Job roles were very black and white. Both management and co-workers were laid back but cared about customer service.

Cons

The scheduling at Sam's seems to be made by a schizophrenic. There was relatively little consistency in my schedule the whole time I was there. I was also not allowed to work as a full time employee. I would have probably stayed here if I could have worked full time with some kind of semi-predictable schedule
