Pros

Great bonus structure for Management Associates. Health insurance is better than most companies . Great equity plan for management Associates.

Cons

You have to move to Northwest AR , If you want to move up in the company and you don't want to work in a Sam's Club. People hold onto their job in the field for many years.

Pros

Decent employee benefits (for a store run by WalMart), they often provided free food in the lunch room during routinely schedule employee appreciation weeks- perhaps to try and make amends for the wages that are lower than what they could be.

Cons

Their anti-union policy results in lower pay than what competitors (Costco) pay their employees. You really really just have to brown nose your way up at Sam's Club, it's basically a must brown-nose establishment.
