Pros

I have yet to find any pros.

Cons

Few bathroom brakes, Can't sit while on the job, Can't cool off if working in the hot sun at the gas station.

Powerful people to work for and great customer service and bonding with members.

Cons

There is not immediate lead or management position available to apply for in the near future after being employed almost two years.

It is a mix paced environment it can be super busy or incredibly relaxed. The customers are generally polite and enjoyable to converse with. Coworkers are fun to work with. Overall good work experience and environment

Cons

pay is based on previous work experience as opposed to quality of work done and diligence toward getting the Job done.
