Decent Pay, Poor Conditions

Pros

With minimum wage at 7.25, 9.00 an hour starting is not a bad start. And the benefits are also not bad if you're single.

Cons

When I was hired I was told that my job would include heavy lifting and cash handling. A week after I was put onto the floor I was told that if I didn't sell a certain number of upgraded memberships per week I would be punished with cut hours and even termination.

Pros

They treat me with respect, managers don't constantly nitpick you like some other jobs. They train you and let you do the job.

Cons

Standing on concrete whole shift.
