Pros

Family Atmosphere, and all employees were happy to help each other. The customer base was excellent. They were just as friendly to you as you were to them.

Cons

The pay scaling was a little flawed. A person can start out as a lot attendant making say .75 cents less than you, but if he transferred to a department with a higher step like produce he would make more than you. Even though you have more experience.

Pros

The best reason to work at sam's is that the employees are very down to earth and willing to help.

Cons

The down side of working for sam's is the pay. The pay is ok but it could be a little better.
