Pros

You will usually find your peers working here so the environment can be real fun if you want it to. Sams club has decent job security. You will also find good benefits and health care here. Great opportunities for seniority.

Cons

Working here you will run into harsh customers. The equipment was prone to breaking. The scheduling was piss-poor. The environment is usually dirty.

Pros

If you are a college student they work around your schedule. You are given a fair amount of hours per week, yearly bonus based on how well your store does. If you are a good worker then they recognize it and offer you opportunities for advancement.

Cons

There really is not a lot of cons about working at Sam's Club, but if you are looking for a professional career outside of retail then you are not getting the experience you need.
