Pros

Sam's Club is a great company to gain experience with. Communication with the management is great at the Club that I work at.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, but it is above minimum wage so one cannot complain too much.

Pros

Sam's Club is a very stable company. For the most part, there are plenty of good people to work with. There is steady work, and plenty of opportunities for growth.

Cons

You may have to move or work shifts that you dislike to move up in the company. Depending on which department you work, you may have to do the work of several different job descriptions.
