Pros

Good pay as just a cashier

Cons

Our store was extremely disorganized as a whole. Extremely bad on hours as they never approve your schedule changes. They also cut the hours of many employees out of nowhere.

Pros

I'm sure it depends on any store you would work at, but a huge pro (and relative con) is the people you work with. Generally they are fantastic people.

Cons

People are only held accountable through threats of coachings (which is what will lead to your termination).
