Pros

Always busy in terms of workload, and new items are being introduced. The employees are focused on serving the members. There is a great deal of accountability in terms of performance on all levels. Employees are encouraged to be creative and arrive at new ideas. Employees are friendly and building relationships is easy.

Cons

Not enough full time positions, most are part time. Lines are long at the checkout. Managers are slow to respond. At times there is a lot of micro-managing. Communication is lacking from teamleads to workers. Often there are not enough employees to run the store efficiently. Employees are asked to work in positions that they are not trained in. More interested in quantity than quality in service, products and employee expectations.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Locations close to home without having to commute long distance. Professional and knowledgeable staff.

Cons

Wages not comparable to other companies in area. Lack of communication between departments. Relaxed working environment due to employees who have worked at same location for over 10 years.
