Pros

+ people are very nice +i met some customers that were return customers that were very friendly +Sam's has great rotisserie chicken!

Cons

+ The management plays FAVORITES all the time. They never listen to when employees have a problem and they put managers in place that SHOULD not be managers. They just care about getting their bonus and numbers to make the company look good. The club manager that we had was LAZY. He was extremely lazy and fired good people for stupid reasons. Including several cases of harassment that weren't harassment The corporate side of sams was ok, but yet again lacks understanding to the employees and cuts off employees at certain levels. they are terrible people
