Pros

Good benefits, friendly employees, wide variety of jobs. Get good deals on products. They get involved with community fund rasiers and really help the commuities they are in.

Cons

The managers are not trainied enough, they tend to personalise things too much. You are overworked and ingored when breaks are needed.

Pros

Pretty good pay Very flexible hours Very friendly supervisors Very friendly co-workers (for the most part)

Cons

Crazy quotas for selling Plus Memberships (which are an absolute scam). If you're okay with making a living misleading people and selling them worthless garbage, then you may not think of this as a negative point. Store manager had absolutely NO integrity whatsoever; I was told (in these exact words) "Your job isn't to care about customers. Your job is to sell Plus Memberships." It's very rare that I am so disgusted with another human being--I quit my job immediately after I saw that I could not make an honest living working there.
