Pay is great at first. Bonus. Title

Cons

Long hours. Company owns you. Must be a brown nose to get anywhere.

Pros

Great diversity, lots of community involvement, and focuses on driving the member experience. sets high expectations on their management team. Highly focus on adapting to sales trends. Great selection on merchandise.

Cons

Low pay for what they expect out of their managers. no work life balance and MNS is not ideal for production areas like the fresh depts. Treat your assistant managers with more respect like the way we treat our members.

Pros

If you don't like one area of the company, there are plenty of other opportunities. They are good about work/life balance.

Cons

Insurance is expensive, but you will get that in most big companies. It takes too long to deal with problems with other associates. They tend to give second, third, fourth chances instead of dealing with the situation directly.
