Pros

The only reason I still have this job is because of my team leader. She is literally the only voice of positive reinforcement that I encounter, and respect, regularly. She turns a miserable job into one that is quite bearable. Sometimes we get a free lunch. When you make as much as you do here, a free lunch really helps.

Cons

No benefits until 2+ years as a part time employee. You WILL be given far more things to do than you can actually accomplish during your shift. You will hear condescending complaints from management. Nothing will ever happen. You will never be punished if you are working. Noone works hard. You are surrounded by low level workers who do a pretty bad job at everything they do. It is hard to relate to a bunch of people who can't complete simple tasks.
