Pros

Great people to work with

Cons

No matter how hard yo u work, unless you suck up majorly or are good friends with one of the managers tou will not move up. Just like anything Wal-Mart/Sam's Club any promise they make about caring about their employees needs to be taken at face value.

Pros

Competitive environment with competitive pay. Very friendly work environment. Satisfying to be able to help the community through fund raising.

Cons

Associates are all treated the same as far as policy is concerned even in special situations. Not sure if it is like that at every store I can only speak for the one I was at.
