Pros

Stable and fair in today's economy, good for long term employees who desire to move up in the company and are focused. Decent benefits

Cons

Poor management in regards to people skills and an understanding of a managers responsibilities and duties to their club, department, and workers. Lots of favoritism, macro-management and micro-management that is unnecessary. More and More members are becoming upset and frustrated with the Plus Membership and the processes that they are forced endure and listen too every time they come in to shop. Even if they refuse it once they are forced to listen to it again. The Plus Membership needs to be restructured and the benefits need to be re- looked. Are we gearing more towards the Personal shopper or to businesses?
