Pros

They have events that they show their appreciation towards their employees. Some of the co-workers were really supportive. Gives applicants with no experience in retail a chance.

Cons

Hard work did not seem appreciated as much as I was hoping for. Limited job opportunities for advancement. Asking for a day off requires at least a month in advancement.

Most of management is eager to cross-train associates. Understanding and reasonable flexible with scheduling. Competitive compensation and profit sharing program.

Cons

Some of management can be unprofessional and disrespectful.
