Pros

Respect for the indivual is very important part of the culture and it is executed .Great work life balance.

Cons

Communication is not at it's best. Information is sometimes rolled out very late and senior leaders expect immediate results.

Pros

Money, a good work out, polite employee's, good prices on items, free membership, convienent online scheduling, lenient attendance policy, not too bad.

Cons

Having to sell the plus membership is absolutely ridiculous and asinine, forced to manipulate extra money out of confused consumers.

Pros

You can move up pretty fast if you put the work in. I have only been there for a few months now I am going into the MIT program.

Cons

The hours are not my favorite. Sometimes I have to be at work at 5am the day after a holiday.
