Pros

associates and managers are easy to get along with.. there's room for growth and you can always find a line of work u are comfortable with

Politics.. and there's a general gossip and hate-talk common in work places too

Hard to get full time hours or promotions easily.

Pros

Sam's Club has pretty good benefits and the pay isn't bad. I started above minimum wage and this was my very first job.

Cons

Most of the managers didn't seem to really care about any problems and my manager in particular was very lazy, childish and rude.
