Pros

Recognition for work performance, hands on leadership with provides great support during good and bad times, supportive staff in all departments, cross training opportunities to learn more about the whole company

Cons

Very Physical at times, different hours of work schedule, not for the shy person as you deal greatly with many companies and members on the daily.
