Pros

Good views at the top roof

Cons

Regarding Sam's Club Mexico Abusive bosses, nobody recognizes your job, and they are extremely greedy, so the payment is bad and you have to stay long hours working without being paid extra. If you want holidays they make you feel like you are committing a crime. The vendors even worse treatment and benefits, outsourcing is outrageous. Finally, nobody knows where the company goes they just invent new positions and after some months they remove the position created, simply ridiculous. People are just hired for being friends of managers, directors, etc. There was a Director, who use to do things just because she felt it was good or bad but not based on facts, numbers, previous experiences on agencies, thankfully she was fired a long time now, but things haven't changed at all.
