Pros

Good pay for management, opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people and good community giving and charitable opportunities.

Cons

Constant corporate leadership changes which causes constant corporate direction changes, home office support positions change so much that it creates no consistency in merchandise assortment and replenishment. Work-life balance eroded. Very poor health benefits.
