Pros

Easy to move up, company is everywhere so you dont have to leave the company to move to a new location. Pay

Cons

Bonus structure is unfair, clubs that lose money for the company can get a bonus if they lose less money than the previous year, but clubs that consitently bring in millions in profit dont bonus unless the meet outrageous "projections" for groth of sales and profit. The company is top heavy, there are some many senior level leaders and home office executives that give out some many contradicting directions that mid level front line managers are caught in unrealistic goals mixed with unclear direction. Like a big game of telephone but if you repeat the wrong message at the end your fired!!!
